The backstory
Why Khaas exists
I'm Ojas Gangwal — the person who answers your emails, writes your code, and ships your project. Khaas started in 2021 when I noticed a gap: EU agencies kept losing AI and React Native work to offshore teams that looked cheap on paper and expensive in practice.
Since then I've shipped AlfaCura (a full-stack Italian healthcare marketplace with a 5-layer clinical AI triage bot), DocsChat (a RAG SaaS that turns any URL into an AI chat widget in under 3 minutes), and DocSphere (a cross-platform clinic management app with 33 migrations and zero rewrites). Every line of code across those projects was written by me.
Khaas works best for agencies who need a technical partner who won't embarrass them in front of a client, and for SaaS founders who want one engineer accountable for the whole stack — not a committee. I'm based in Rome, invoice under an Italian Partita IVA, and work in European timezones.
