How do you bill?
Either a €225/day rate for embedded work, or fixed scope per project — whichever de-risks the engagement for you. Invoiced under an EU VAT number.
What’s your timezone overlap?
Rome-based. 16:00–20:00 CET overlaps 10:00–14:00 ET, so both EU and US-East agencies get real overlap.
